Daglingworth is situated off the A417 Gloucester to
Cirencester road. The
village stretches along the Duntisbourne Valley, making the
local area ideal for walking. In the village itself, there
are many wonderful cottages, some of which are reached by
small stone footbridges. Visit the Anglo-Saxon church which
houses a crucifiction scene and other sculptures. In the
grounds of the Manor House, south of the village in
Daglingworth's Lower End, a medieveal dovecote with a
revolving ladder, used to gain access to the nesting holes
can be found.
